Well worth the wait Aloha! Brilliant pics - thankyou soooo much. I used to surf back in the 1960's and we used to dream of going there to Waikiki, but had never heard of Sandy Beach for the surfing. Oh well, I'm far too old for any of that now, but I sure wouldn't mind setting up camp on that Rabbit Island!

Absolutely amazing, I'm off to dreamland now ahhhhhh !

lol @ Helena54. I wouldn't dare surf Sandy Beach unless I had a lot of experience!! Waikiki isn't what it used to be, just too much growth and tourist oriented stuff. North shore is where the locals go and that's where you'll find Sandy Beach (along with many, many others).

I'm quite dumb struck, the photos are just amazing, thankyou so much for posting them.
