It is cold and frosty out there but just get Teazle out. Washing now in tumble dryer. Went to Bodium Castle yesterday for a walk round and a hot coffee at the end

Very cold again today.
One workman out the way the quote for fireplace. We will let him open the rest of it up as we can go as high as we like but it will need a lintel. Also we have to have special flue out of the top of the chimney to avoid the neighbours gutter line and not cause issues with smoke for them that's a bit on the expensive side. Will look nice when done though.
We need to source a stove and once that's done he can commence the work in March.
Plumber just arrived to look at the pipes in bathroom.
One half of Paul and Beth's present has arrived they are beautiful.

Head feeling a little better today thank goodness.

griff sorry to hear about Deags and your lack of sleep. Hope she is better today and you manage a snooze.

It was blooming freezing out there this morning - brrrr!

We usually see quite a few people we now know when we go to McDs for coffee, but haven't seen them of late. Bumped into one of the couples who were on their way back to their car. The dreaded nasty cold bug has had them laid out for the last two weeks and I'm guessing it's the same with the others. So many have come down with it this winter .

Kelly, have they found out what's causing Deag's upset tum? I was wondering if she may have developed an allergy to something she's eating with how often she's getting it.
