thanks guys...
im 13st 5ish now and have gotten myself down from this weight to 11st 6 before so i know i can do it....i just need to get back into it!

Boobah: i would swim but i dont generally have time!

although my fitness routine is now consisting of Nintendo Wii playing (im a demon on the boxing!) for about 30mins about 3-4 times a week and my own weights and stretchin routine that lasts about 30 mins about 3 times a week to tone up!

so shall update every tuesday with my weight!

As of this morning....back on my points STRICTLY!!!!
i want to shift about 2 stone so thats between 1.5 and 2 lbs a week!

I have my brand new little purple note book to keep a track of my points!

Good luck, i'm sure you will do it and i know all about counting points, at work there is almost constant points counting going on from someone or other we even count the naughty biscuits from the naughty biscuit cupboard

Make youself some no point soup and have that for your tea a few nights in the week. Thats what I have just had for tea. Have not made it for a while (till this week), but i used to do alternate weeks, normal (but healthy) teas one week, then the next no point soup from Mon - Thurs for tea, I do like it so it's not that bad, but admittidly by the Thursday it's a bit of a struggle. I normally have it with a couple of slices of WW bread (yep the stuff that's so thin you can see through it )

well for tea tonight i had a small chicken breast, courgettes, corn on the cob and a bowl of homemade mushroom soup....at a grand total of 4 points!!!!

I have made no point soup before but i want a huge fan of it!
and as for WW bread....i couldnt see the point!!!ha ha!!
