he is now just achey and headachey....stiil got a bit of diarhoea.... but not as bad....

china has been keeping him company on the sofa...esp as he brought the duvet down!!!

hi guys, OH tried taking china out today - only managed half an hour - he said it almost killed him - he just has no energy

Anything he is eating or drinking is out the other end within an hour

said he will not be going back to work until about mondayish....

That's far too soon, especially if he's still got the trots.
He needs to take it easy, and you need more ice cream.
Once he is back on par he could do with some yakult type drinks to get his good bugs back up to par.

i have told him that he needs a few days after he feels better but the nurse from his work has said that he will be fine in a few days to go back but he has said himself that he wont go back till he feels good and ready...

meanwhile im stuck on the lumpy spare bed!!

He needs to be completely clear of the runs for 48 hours before he even considers going back to work and you definitely need more Ben and Jerrys!
