I hope they find Alfie soon safe and well. It says they have arrested a man in connection with the crime. Where is Alfie though I wonder ?

It seems to be the thing to do these days, makes you not want to go out and leave your dogs at home sometimes

So they have arrested someone for it but they still have not found the pup? This doesn't sound right to me. Why would anyone steal someone's puppy? That is so cruel.

same thing happened to me. Police made an arrest but did not recover the pup stolen from my house.
We had to take our own responsability and find her ourselves.
When we found her we called the police to let them know we had her and did they want to know details.
Not interested

The Police expect help from the public, but when the public want help from them, a different matter. My son (who has a motor bike hire business) has had some bikes stolen over the years, they have barely moved off their backsides to do anything. One was found and recovered, he was expected to pay them to get it back, they had it a month before they got round to notifying him they had it, he has left it with them as he can't afford to pay them to get the bike back that was stolen from him. One was stolen a couple of weeks ago, the police came to the house and ended up accusing him of stealing it
If you are not in Their Gang they don't want to know

I have it on good authority that the pup has been found and has been reunited with the owners
