stop jumping

we have a coonhound who is 7 months old and is jumping everywhere she regularly jumps on to ker kennel,the patio table and the other week onto the rabbit hutch and then on to the top of shed and i had to go and get her down,the rabbit hutch has now been moved away from anything and we have put trellis up to make the fence 7 ft high,the thing is i keep reading that dogs shouldnt jump much at her age because it isnt any good for her.if it is in her breed to jump how do i curb this?will it harm her?she jumps very lightly and lands very well.the funny thing is she wont even jump the 12inch jumps at training perhaps she has no incentive to.
