It’s an unusual situation regarding Maisy, my step dad said that he wants me to keep Maisy as my own dog when he passes away… He is a sick man.
So that’s why I am a bit confused regarding who signs the form…

Another question: Is it possible to register your dog for various sport activities on the activity register?
Even though you are not 100% sure that your dog will even compete in all of them?

Activities such as Agility, Flyball, Heelwork to Music, Obedience and Working Trials.

yep - you can register for any/all of them, doesn't mean you have to then go ahead and do them all but leaves the option open. I think you can probably add more catagories later but I suspect it will cost you that way so I ticked all the boxes I liked the sound of.

Im really sorry GSDlover4ever could I thread jack for one question please??? Where is says to have 2 names, do you HAVE to come up with 2?? I want to call K'Ehleyer, "Ambassador K'Ehleyr of Qonos". Firstly because she is great ambassador for both her breeds, basset and staffie, and also because the K'Ehleyr she is names after was also an ambassador for the planet Qonos. Im stuck with a second name though (not that anyone has to help I just wanted to know if i definately do have to think of one).
