Cherry Eye

I'm dogless right now since my beloved springer spaniel Justin died in January, a man has offered me an 18 month old sharpei/staffy X for £550, however I'm not a rich person & this dog requires what I believe may be expensive vets treatment, he has got "cherry eye", Justin never had this so I've no idea how much it costs to treat (although I've learned that vets are nearly always expensive), if I had an idea as to what the problem would cost to correct then I could make him a lower offer & maybe he'd accept; to be honest I don't feel ready for another dog quite yet but I feel sorry for this dog - he's already on his second owner.

You could just ring your vet and ask approx. how much surgery for cherry eye on the dog would cost, they'll probably need to know the weight of the dog and it would just be an estimate.
