Massage Weekend

Tomorrow I am off for a weekend at the Canine Massage Therapy Centre

http://www.k9-massage.co.uk/WORKSHOPS_10188.asp

Saturday is:

Stretch and Flex

Sunday is:

Advanced Massage Techniques

And I am staying here:

http://www.thegreenfarm.co.uk/

I have stayed here before and it is FABULOUS. I am staying in the Cottage and it has a lovely sitting room downstairs with a log burner, squashy sofas and magazines and a lovely double room upstairs and bathroom.

The breakfasts are scrummy and their signature dish is muffins, poached eggs, smoked salmon and creme fraiche.

Outside there are fields to run the dogs and they are welcome inside.

I only managed to stay one night last year but this year I am there for Friday and Saturday night so I can really chill.

The Green Farm is at the other end of my village - I often wondered what it was like! Pity I'm off for the weekend too, it would have been good to meet up!

Have a good weekend - it will be fun and informative!

That looks brilliant, my Irish wolfhound had a massage from a dog masseuse (?) on her legs and back once (she broke it when she was a puppy), I've never seen her fall asleep that quick and deep!

I booked these after attending the Massage for the Sports and Agility Dog last year. I have been applying what I learned since then and, post attending several other seminars I have come to be more interested in the Muscular system.

Well today was brilliant, I now understand the dos and donts of stretchig, the whens, the hows, the whys.

I now need someone to stretch me though¬

Have shopped at Waitrose on my way back to the lovely B & B, run the dogs and am now settled in front of my pc and tv with a large glass of Shiraz.

Bliss

Looking forward to tomorrow
