im just getting round to lunch....its been one of those days... popped up to the village to post stuff...

when I was up there I went into ASDA.. they had loads of steak mince reduced to 80p.. so bought 4 big tubs... just going to have my late lunch..which my son is making for me just now ... home made burger.... with chillies, onion and garlic...yummy... no bread just burger.... which I will suck to death as I cant chew...cos of my tooth..

the dogs are having mince tonight...and we will all have mince and mash later on when OH gets in from work

Just had my jacket spud, decided on cheese as my topping. Thoroughly enjoyed it, just going to wait half an hour and then have a cuppa!

I cant stand oven chips....bleaugh...would rather do with out.. I dont mind frozen chips.. so long as they are the frying type... you get really good ones in asda..there own brand...oven/grill/fry,, they are lovely when done in the fryer..

I know what you mean. Occasionally we'll have oven chips for quickness and convenience. The McCain Home Fries seem to be half decent!

i only have a little bit of salt on, i might have some heinz tomato sauce, but they have to be eaten with bread and butter, nothing tastes yummier than a chip butty when the butter is all runny and melted and running down your chin.
