he was in the back room with hubby and the patio door was slighty ajar
a very loud banger went off and he took fight
went thru the gap in the door and flew right over the houses

hubby came running thru and said follow me in the car
we drove round the back looking for him
he had flown against a wall and was shouting"hello"
he was really shaken up with it
so were we

OMG - thank heavens you got him back, although could you imagine being a person walking along in the dark and next thing you hear 'hello' and not be able to see anyone, you'd freak and run a mile wouldn't you LOL

I may take you up on your offer of a visit , maybe in the new year when I've got my full quota of annual leave at work !!

yes stephanie we were saying that after the shock wore off
it was very dark and we kept laughing thinking if someone who had had a few drinks were wandering along and "hello" comes from nowhere
thats enough to turn someone teetotal
