I wouldn't hold too much hope for this because their Terms and Conditions (which you have to accept when placing orders) specifies:

1. Prices
The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the web site. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date you place your order and which will be displayed in the 'Help' section of the web site.
Additionally, they cover themselves by not taking the money until the send the goods:

7. Payment
You can pay by any American Express, Mastercard or Visa credit card, Switch or Delta debit card. We do not currently accept Visa Electron cards. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. You will not be charged for items until they are dispatched.
If they had actually taken the money it would have been a different story - ie they offered the goods at £1 each, you accepted their 'invitation to treat' and gave them £1. Once they took the £1, they are deemed to have accepted payment and the contract of sale is in effect.

that's right, but then they mentioned that the money would be put back on the card within the next few weeks, in effect the payment has been made and the contract binding...
