I need idea's... any help appreciated

where to start.

i want to make something nice for dinner, here's the catch....

i don't have an oven (well i do but it doesn't work)

i can use the grill, hobs and microwave ( i dont have blenders, slow cookers or any of that either)

im so sick of curry's, spag bol and crap you can buy and throw under the grill ( you know like cheese hamwiches, chicken fingers etc..)

i wanna attempt something nice but oh is a fussy ******, so cant have onions, or pea's in it or beans or most veggies really or fish (although he likes fish fingers ).

i know he likes carrots, potato's and mushrooms.

and i'll try anything aslong as no sweetcorn or corned beef

nothing to complicated though please

any idea's?

What about Spanish Tortilla ?

Ingredients:
•6-7 medium potatoes, peeled
•1 whole yellow onion can replace with peppers or aubergines
•5-6 large eggs
•2-3 cups of olive oil for pan frying
•Salt to taste

A really tasty big omlette , nice with some crusty bread !

ommlette?
How about Carbonara with Tagliatelle?

Butter, cream, little flour, ham, bacon, mushroom, garlic (you can miss out the onions)

Would he eat that?
you just mix the creamy sauce through the hot cooked pasta.

PS; nice with garlic bread but dont know if you get microwave garlic bread but you could make garlic toast instead, grill one side of bread, turn and spread butter and crushed garlic (that has been mixed) on the other and grill again until ready.

Mexican quesadillas? very quick and easy and tasty, all done on the hob. There are all kinds of ideas for fillings if you Google it, but I use two types of cheese (cheddar and spicy Mexican), spring onions and lots of jalapenos. Jamie Olivers recipe is pretty much bang on how I make them: http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/v...with-guacamole

I normally do it with a big salad (loaded with unhealthy stuff; strips of steak, tortilla chips, boiled eggs, feta, etc.) and crisps and dip, or with a vegetable chili.
