...and that is another thing. You see the idea of eating fruit is for whatever vitamins they contain, plus the fibre. And Innocent make the claim that each of their drinks contain the whole fruit, fibre included.

So...

...if you sieve the "bits" out you are not getting the full benefit of the fruit, are you, and when you think about it without the fibre you are consuming ssssssssugar.

Which kinda defeats the object of eating healthily...

So there is no difference
Both contain just fruit, no water, no sugar, no preservatives

No added sugar, but fruit is full of sugar in the first place [fructose].

Smoothies are usually made with fruit juice/pulp, yoghurt, and sometimes crushed ice. But Innocent call their mixed fruit concoctions "Smoothies" so you tell me!

All about smoothies: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smoothie

Recipes for smoothies: http://www.smoothieweb.com/

I think that Innocent have just jumped on the "smoothie bandwagon", but that is just my opinion. They are not sold here [other similar brands are], but with a half decent blender/liquidizer are a doddle to make.

Ok - I'm sorry, I'll stick to my unhealthy ways LMAO.

Fruit juices are thinner than smoothies And also Orange juice tastes nice with a lot of spirits

Hey, oven chips are a lot more healthier than the deep fat fry ones I used to have and I only eat meat that is breaded

Why do you all have to pick on me

Thanks Malka, I was thinking that with my blender I could make them at half the price.
