Mine is baking right now! Yes, it is a bit late, as I like to feed mine with brandy for a few weeks to mature it. And I`ve just defrosted the Freezer...another annual job

Late here too hoping to get mine started this week.
I had made 5 this time last year and had loads of things to do at Mums house before she came home from hospital.

I made one two weeks ago, for the first time it didn't burn! Having the family over for Christmas this year, the first time in our own, new house!
