Settling into life in Dorset

It's been a while! We moved house middle of June from Essex to Dorset, Blandford Forum in fact. We are soooooo much happier there and OH is enjoying his new job. Nala just had her first birthday and Bentley will be 4 next week (might bake them a 'cake' this weekend...)

Our new army quarter is such a huge improvement on the old one, I felt 'at home' within a week Our neighbours are absolute gems, and we have a Pointer and a Vizla next door. Lovely big garden for the pups to tear about in, Nala can really get up some speed!

Both Bentley and Nala were really helpful with the unpacking....

We are not too far from some lovely beaches

And in August we paid a flying visit to Cornwall to see Nala's breeder and her mum Sassy.

We even stopped by Lands End (Bentley wasn't overly impressed...he was expecting something more spectacular)

We've been busy, but happy! And my commute home at weekends isn't nearly as horrible now that the M25 isn't involved

Looking forward to catching up with the dogsey world again!

Lovely photos Tessa - and what a lovely garden for Bentley and Nala to play in - near a nice beach as well! They are both looking great and I cannot believe that Nala is a year old already!

I wish you much happiness in your new home!

Hi Tessa, I wondered what had happened to you (I've had a name change ...see below ). Nala looks so adult now ... not a hint of puppy there. That photo of her on the beach is stunning Dear little Bentley asleep on the paper and then soaking up the sun.
What a fantastic garden you have I do envy you not having to negotiate the M25 any more .... I have to 3 times a week and it seems worse than ever

Lovely pics. With all that help from the 4 legged workers I doubt you've anything else left to do by now!
