Areas to live in

Can you think of any areas that meet this criteria?

Somewhere that is reasonably dry and sunny
Somewhere that is not expensive
Somewhere where there isn't too much crime
Somewhere that doesn't suffer immigration problems

Don't mind cities or the countryside, so long as we're within a 20 minute drive of a Waitrose though I would probably prefer countryside tbh

I love it here in Wales, but it is just too damp and wet

This part of Wales has it all except for the Dry/Sunny bit

Maybe installing a wood burner in every room is the solution lol

In this country south Devon and Cornwall are meant to be dry and milder than the rest of the country. Go inland to avoid the high costal prices.
Ask Nippy who lives there .

I would suggest the Channel Islands but I think there are restriction on who can move there.

Good luck Azz nowhere is perfect there is always some little problem unless you have pots of money to resolve everything.

Norfolk and Suffolk are nice and cheap Norfolk cheaper than Suffolk and drier than Essex.

Talking about who is where and getting a little bit OT here, sorry, but how about installing one of those forum maps where users can put their ZIP and get a pin on a map? Might be nice to see who is near
