Shaving rash?

Murphy had some bloods take last week (plus a GA and lump removal).

He has a small shaved patch on his neck at the front, which has gone really red and a little weepy...

He had his collar on, on Saturday, and this has rubbed the shaved patch... he won't be having his collar on again until next Saturday (garden exercise only); so there shouldn't be any more irritation.

Is there anything else I can put on/use to heal this further/quicker?

Doug had a similar problem when his neck was shaved last month. It was weeping for about a week.....I used Dermacton cream to stop him scratching at it. It's healed o.k. now......the worse bit is trying to stop them scratching at it.
