Good frosty morning everyone

Been round the block with Gert and saw my neighbour who is starting jogging waved and she said simply "just trotting on" think her horsey background escaped then.

Work this morning and then not sure hope you all have a good day and catch you laters

Yep sunny here too after a very frosty start. Done the monthly shop which is now sorted and stowed, walked Teazle and prepared the veg for lunch. This afternoon have to take eldest son home as he has a few things of youngest son to sell on Ebay.

Frosty morning here but not overly cold, sun shining.
Had new tyre put on Chrysler this morning £71 then into Sainsbury's not normally a Sainsbury shopper but had some coupons, guess what took the expired coupon.

We then popped over to Welney wildlife centre (wild birds mostly) sister site of Slimbridge and had a cuppa watching the birds from inside.

Had a bit of time at Steve's house, he only has one day off but he still said I could go over which was surprising.

Lovely day again. It was supposed to be overcast and cold, but was sunny and quite mild. Of course, I dressed according to the forecast and was overheated

Called to doctor to review the meds and she has said to try to avoid painkillers and keep on with the same dose for another month. She wants to assess the meds without the painkillers so I should be in for a fun month
