Blimey it's warm. The problem with electric storage heaters is getting the prediction right for the next day and, obviously, we didn't yesterday so we are very, erm, warm

Can you believe some idiot set fireworks off at 8 pm. Never had it before. We usually get 5 mins of distant fireworks from the pub down the road and midnight and that's it.

The eye injections are supposedly to stop any new blood vessels forming at the back of the eye and stop the leakage from those already there. My eye feels like something is in it so I'm guess they scratched it this time.

After three injections there'll be another scan to see if the injections are working. To be honest, if I've got days of grittiness and blurry vision for three weeks out of four, I don't see the point and will probably stop them myself at that point.

Anyways, my last moans of 2021. Happy New Year all. Let's hope it's a good one and this damned virus goes away xx
