G'day, folx! Dry-but-damp here (if that makes any sense) and blinking cold. It's also a bit dim out there, and I'm glad I'm not going anywhere, not even shopping with Mrs S. I'm going to sit here with the gas fire on, and either play on here or watch a DVD. This is always assuming that we don't get another power cut (we had a second one yesterday, in the middle of the night)! This is one of the few drawbacks to living up here - the power supply isn't very reliable! The mender guys get out there fast, but the weather doesn't help them much. I think that yesterday saw us running on a big mobile generator for most of the day!

I've been washing the patio down and that Georgie was hilarious, he was jumping up at the hose pipe snapping at the water, he was jumping soooooo high too, I've never seen a gsd do that, he thought he was a staffie, and he got soaked, but he's nicely worn out now so won't pester me this morning!

Cooking roast chicken for lunch, mmmmm, sorted all my office out so it's all neat and tidy, put a lot of stuff away I don't use, gave Mum a nice bath and now I've just massaged her shoulder with the new tens machine I bought, and she reckons it's brilliant, she's not in pain now!! I reckon I've hit on a winner with that machine!
