Morning Moyra has been dark here to but brightening up now.
Not raining but a damp chilly day. Off out with Dillon in a bit.

Gorden is going to rig electric up in the 2nd shed today ready for new tumble dryer that is arriving Sunday.

Hope everyone is well and all four legged friends are to.

Morning all

Dark and wet again this morning, only another couple of weeks and we will have the shortest day, roll on spring, I detest the winter months.

Had a lovely day at work yesterday, I am really enjoying it and have no concerns with my back, and if I need 5 mins I can go and do some paperwork as everything needs to be documented. I did meds and potted them up on my own yesterday, with Lizzie supervising, but not telling me.
Should be having a meeting soon with the manager and hopefully be offered a full time job fingers crossed.

Everything was fine at home yesterday, Luke finished at lunchtime and Tom was here all day and no issues.

Need to sort a letter out later for the opticians, which means going through the one cupboard where I store all letters, and it will probably be right at the bottom

No plans for today just catching up on chores, and the cats trays need doing as they are not spending much time outside at the moment due to the weather.
Meg was struggling last night with her legs but seems ok this morning, this damp cold weather doesn't help her at all.

Have a good day all

Lynn, you will both be so well organized, it's going to be lovely. You and Gorden have turned your life around and Dillon has benefitted too. It's a great way to start Christmas and the New Year!

Good morning Moyra, Lynn, Sal and all who follow

So pleased everything is falling into place for you Lynn. You sound so much happier and obviously Dillon is now enjoying his new home with plenty of walks with his friends

Sal hope you get the job when you have spoken to the manager it will do you the world of good to get out and talk to different people
.
Dull and damp here, Nothing planned. Have the optician later so the bank balance will no doubt take a hit.

Hope all two and four legged are well

Have a good day and stay safe.

Glad the job is going well Sal and things have settled at home.

Thank you Moyra and Sue yes we are much happier and so is Dillon he is fine being left for a few hours same as the old house so that's also reassuring. He loves meeting and greeting dog friends in the park or on the road walks much wider pavements so easy to let him socialise here. He also wants to say hello to all dogs now whereas back in Upwell he was a bit fussy and just had a couple of dog friends he would greet.
Not such a long walk today said hello to a few dogs had a wander met a lovely lady cutting through the park recently lost her newfiexstbernard so Dillon said hi and we had a chat.

Moyra I take it there is no move on the cards for you ? Have you given up now ?
Sue anymore news on the rent front ?

Good morning all

Today I hopefully have had to clear the house gutter at the back for the last time this season, even so managed to get half a tub full of leaves out.

I see they have just announced the onshore tours when we go to Japan, so something to brows and decide what Sue want to see, I picked out last time so this time is her choice.

I did order the latest SD memory card for the car sat nav, hopefully it will arrive today but we all know how quick Royal Mail is.

Morning people.

Mom's cold has seemingly abated thankfuly with no bad effects ust sleeping more but still eating bits and pieces and questioned me on the putting up of the tree this morning.LOL

Me and Gert had been out already by 7 and had a lovely run and ball game (her not me) in between really heavy rain then home for a bacon and tom sarnie.
Having a chill now as just sorted Mom with toast clean clothing and cups of tea now back in bed. Have been given a blow up matress that eases pressure for Mom although she has no sores or red/ damaged skin but she is sleeping more so happy with that addition from the DN's yesterday, they have moved to fortnightly now we were a month but back to fortnightly. Hey ho. Although we did start at daily 10 weeks ago.

Going to clear out my wardrobe today at some point.......Uggghhhh.

Lynn Your life sounds so settled so pleased for you.
Sue We are dull and damp here too in between rainy and wet. At least with new glasses Sue you will see the leaves more clearly....LOL
Sal Sounds like a great day you are doing well at the job too, hope you hear good news from the manager. Sounds like a great plan coming together. The more confidence you have the happier you will be and it will rub off as you are the main link in the family.
Moyra Did you get your fence sorted eventually? What are you having for tea?

To everyone have a good day.
