Sammy was on foster with me after being returned from a home in quite a state. He had a lovely time with us and enjoyed 2 fabulous holidays at Cannock Chase and in Dartmoor. We thoroughly enjoyed having him with us and formed a very strong bond of trust with him.
Alexa, what a luck boy Sammy was to have found you,
he was clearly a beautiful dog...

Run free Sammy, you will be greatly missed ....

You gave him the last best gift you could and set him free.
He'll be smiling on you from Heaven, for sure *hugs*

Adieu, sweet Sammy xx

Thank you everyone. There have been a lot of tears since yesterday morning, and every time we do something his absence is glaring and makes us feel sad all over again.

Don't be sad - he is still there, you just can't see him any more.

Sleep well, Sammy.
