solicitors are a pain in the backside.

I don't understand why houses can't just have a log book same as cars. The log book could have all the necessary information required including additions/alterations etc done since being built. Even kept as an internet file so it doesn't get lost

That would do away with solicitors completely and save time and money

Hi Brenda - Someone I just happened to meet on our walk this morning said her father worked in the arthritus field, she said that the Omega 3 tablets you can buy in Holland & Barret (and elsewhere) are quite good, she claimed they helped with a freinds dog within a month.

Of course that's just one stranger to another but I was wondering if you (who have more experience than I) have ever tried Omega 3 it's basically cod liver oil isn't it

Long time since we had a Chinese meal, the only one close to us does not meet SWMBO's food hygiene standards. All the squadies at the RAF camp seem to survive on them 'tho

Harvey, I believe cods body oil is the in thing now... something to do with mercury in cods livers or something...I am sure if you Google it you will find the reason. I made my mum take glucosamine and chondroitin, she finds it helps and bought a different brand which unbeknown to her was a lower strength and she felt the symptoms return within a few days.

Tyto's food has salmon oil in it so he doesn't have anything added. Just as well or he would be poorly with a bad tummy. I know there is something in tuna that can be bad if cats/dogs have to much of it. Not sure what it is called. Will look it up. Night night. Chinese was good and the company. it is mercury depending on which type.
