5 yr old female pit occasionally pees in house

Hello again!
Last night, an hour after I took her out. She jumped on my bed, like every night and came running out (she NEVER leaves the bed unless I ask her to). Later, I saw she peed a large amount.
Im so confused. I understand this could be a uti. She peed on my bed once years ago. She peed in my living room once. But its so random and usually after she's already peed outside. And nothing has scared her - she was alone every time.
Any ideas? Id like to ask here before a vet wants her on a daily med. She is neutered.

THANKS!!!!!

I'm unclear on the number of times this has happened, but if only a handful of times then there's no way she'd be put on meds for life.

It could be that she's prone to UTIs, or maybe some other cause.

It's always better to let a vet check them out. Take a urine sample with you so it can be tested

I'd take a stab at maybe infection or something bothered her.

3 times in 5 years I'd tend to think maybe a slight infection each time.

Good luck. I hope you get to the bottom of it
