Sorry I don't know what's wrong and maybe you don't want to say .
Just wanted to say I too have been broken hearted and it's worse at this time of the year .
You won't always feel like this I do know that .

Oh hon.......

I don't think suppressing your grief is a good idea. Cry loads and hug your dogs lots. It will help....

In all honesty the best thing is to go for a walk (bring dog and toys - very important) Cry if you need to and then look for all the positives.

Walk it out.

If you don`t want to talk about it on the boards, pm me or another friend? It does help to talk about things.

I agree with that (a problem shared is a problem halved - and its true) and if you dont want to do that then at least write it all down and get a little relief - even if you do rip it up!

Then walk it out!

I sit in a nice warm bath and cry til I can't cry no more but I have lots of hugs being sent your way (that's if any post gets delivered this century )

Bruce will understand, same as Sadie and Louie do when I'm upset - I get kisses and cuddles off them

Hope you feel OK soon..
