Hi Alice I find walking Chloe plus the housework and gardening is enough for me these days.

I know swimming would be good for me but I can't face all the hassle involved with getting to the swimming pool etc.

Apart from 2 hours a day dog walking, I do an hours hill walking on the treadmill and about an hour on the rowing machine. I haven't lost any weight but I am fit, and fit is better than skinny.

Walking all the dogs and grooming others gives me a good work out, I often feel like having a granny nap in the afternoons but I would get interrupted by something or other. I wore a pedometer for a while and when it hit 18,000 steps in a day I took it off as it was making me feel knackered

I was playing squash regularly but you've just reminded me I need to get back to it, thanks. I do some swimming, skipping and exercises at home. Oooh I've given myself a slapped wrist now - I've become very lazy of late.

Just walking the dog for me about an hour a day at the moment. Plus housework. I find I am losing weight.

I bike occasionally, however that pretty much always involves a dog!

At work I'm on my feet and walking around all day so that is pretty exhausting and good exercise.

I usually do a couple of hours housework a week when I can the chance which is also a good workout I find.

No gym's or nuffin' here. Far too much effort.

I occasionally do sit ups - just when I feel like it tho
I occasionally do pull ups - again when I feel like it
I do go on the mini trampoline once a day or so, as I don't get out much these days

I walk the dogs every morning for 20mins before work, have started going out at lunchtime walking for 2 to 2 1/2 miles to break the work day up. I do a 1 1/2 hour yoga class on Monday nights and swim for 1 3/4 hours on Wednesday nights.

At first it was to try and lose half a stone by Christmas but I now actually look forward to getting out of breath, pounding the streets. They think I'm mad at work, especially when I went out in the rain one day last week but I miss walking if I don't go.
