PJ's, bed, crappy films and junk food usually works best for me. In fact that is my favourite thing to do anyway, stressed/ill or perfectly healthy!

Have fun at the SOE show. My old gundog group I used to train with is doing the demo there so look out for them.

Well you two, how are you feeling this morning. I am cautiously optimistic as I managed to get some sleep (although I had a TERRIBLE nightmare about losing my dog and finding two others) and I may try a gentle totter down the road to the field later on .....................

The headache appears to have gone and I may even try to eat something........
