Now don't YOU start lol! Yes I (personally) am sure because I do not believe in any 'afterlife'.

And despite receiving an ultra 'religious' upbringing and schooling - I don't believe in God.

And if I did ... I'd be well pissed off with him - with little kids getting cancers that are in place in utero. Can hardly be due to environmental or lifestyle issues.

Hope you don't think I am mad. I'm not. NOTHING could make me mad or sad right now.

Little Harvey beat the Big C's sorry fecking @rse!

At the Lollibops Festival where he was a guest of honour last month with his two brothers and baby sis and his mum and dad (my son and his partner)

*you will have to bear with me - for a whole year and more I've been dead scared to say much or post any pics because we didn't dare even THINK of the worst outcome as his cancer had already spread before it was diagnosed.

We are now all EUPHORIC and it's all I can think of.

Oh Lord I'm in tears here myself! What great news and how lovely that you are still in the Uk and can share it with them. Poor little chap, sounds like he's been through the mill and of course it impacts on all the rest of the family doesn't it? Onwards and upwards now. Thoughts for your son now. Enjoy your drink tonight. xxx

Awwwwww how cute is he in his wee superman outfit!!! Love it!!!!

This thread has me thinking two thoughts -

We would all do well, when we think we have problems in life, to take a step back and really think about what others have gone through.

I work in a field where the public often questions the ethics of what we do - knowing that one day we could cure this awful disease is all need in answer to these people.

I know we don't know each other, but I had to say how fantastic it is that Harvey has come through this. He's a gorgeous little guy, and I can't imagine how relieved you all must feel. It sounds like he was a very brave boy, you must be very proud of him. Truly fantastic news!
