Thank you guys. I was sooooo relieved when she just walked to the bowl and hoovered up the chicken. She had a little more this evening and seemes quite happy. Im such a worrier though. Poor dog, having me as a mummy!!

Latest update!

Just had post op check and vet really pleased how well she's doing. She was so pleased to see him, she was dancing and wriggling all over! Even he said he couldnt believe she'd had major surgey! Her temp, hydration, gum colour etc are all fine. Stomach is fine as well as stitches. He wants to see her again on Thursday, just to check the stitches as they may come loose and irritating once the wound starts to heal. But all in all, was very pleased. Now I can breeeeeeeth!!
