Not again.... Cat has been murdered...

Hi everyone, Was just reading the news and came across this. I just cannot believe it

"A DISTRAUGHT pet owner has spoken for the first time about the sickening way her cat was killed by yobs.

April Fennel, from Maidstone, was shocked to find her tabby with a 17-INCH bolt through his left eye and coming out the back of his head.

April adopted Mitzi from the RSPCA rescue centre six years ago.

She said: "What kind of sick freak does this?

We keep thinking Mitzi will walk back into the house any minute.

"My son asks me 'when will Mitzi come home mummy?' I don't know what to tell him."

The eight-year-old cat was let out of the family's home on the evening of Friday June 30 and was attacked that night or sometime in the early hours of Saturday July 1.

April was brought to tears when talking about her beloved cat.

She added: "Mitzi was so gentle, he wouldn't hurt anyone.

"Whoever did this needs to be caught not only before they do it to another poor animal but in case a child or an adult is the next target."

RSPCA inspector Colin Kirkwood said the cat had been shot through the head with a crossbow bolt.

He said: "We need to find the person who committed this appalling act of cruelty on this cat.

"The bolt is very distinctive and someone must recognise it."

There are pictures on here, but even the website states a warning. I have seen them and its not very nice. If you are a cat owner like me I would brace yourself.

How can anyone be so disturbed that they would find this kind of thing fun?

Typical 'The Sun' tripe!

The image is quite obviously photoshopped in my opinion - the bottom one - the arrow is clearly not through the cats eye.

:X

Disgusting - as always that the Sun should play on people's emotions - bloody awful rag. wouldn't pick up dog mess with it

[/sun rant]

Are you sure it was photoshopped because it's a sick thing to do even for a comic like the sun
