We (me and mini bump) are doing brilliantly, "just" started eating properly with help from the family (im practically getting meals on wheels) and I have help with the dogs if I just say the word. No longer crying myself to sleep, got back in contact with some old friends, and I''ve been leaning on some new ones too You know who you are!
