Anyone else having connection problems with Virgin Broadband?

For the past week we`ve had an abysmal connection - slow and intermittent. Anyone else having trouble?

Yep! I am in Essex too...

Especially yesterday and Monday, I just couldn't do anything! Today isn't so bad (yet).

IS the connection to your hub o.k ?
Try it with the Ethernet cable in & if it's ok, try changing your wireless channel.
Mine was dire when 1st installed & they sent out a new hub. Turns out neighbour uses O2 & was on the same channel as me.
All ok now

For the past 2 days i have been having problems with internet and email cant get connection, turned mine of at the mains and tried again and sometimes it works sometimes not and im in Leeds, W Yorks and with virgin media.

On FB, several are complaining about BT broadband, AOL and some have had no internet for days, thats BT. Using their phones!!

Lots of people on my FB have also complained about virgin, lossing internet and TV.

lost bt on two occasions now and no helpline they just cut you off Grrrrrrrrrrrrr
