Have you tried Battersea? Strays often get taken there. One of ours was stolen some years ago but escaped from the thieves (they didn't realise how strong and fast Huskies can be) and was eventually picked up and taken to Battersea. It's worth a try!

I'll crosspost this on some of the husky fora.
