Our 1st Rally
Chad & I competed in our 1st TD Rally yesterday.We atarted classes 3 weeks ago & I was only going along to watch, but the instructor said if we were going, we might as well enter ...so we did.
The event was held on tarmac & the rain was torrential all day. We were the last team to go, so got to watch everyone. The 1st station was a sit/down/sit & all the Dogs looked at their owners as if they were mad, at being asked to go into a down in a puddle.
Chad is a mud magnet & happily went down
He completed the course really happily, not lagging (which is a problem we had in obedience)
After my round we all went into the hall & I was amazed to be presented with an "Ace" rosette.
