Not struck on Pheasant, very "gamey" but Venison is totally delicious!

Urgh God, that's just brought back some horrible childhood memories when my Dad used to hang rabbits in the garage, the smell used to knock me out! The smell is quite similar thinking about it?!

The dogs love rabbit. Me no thanks not for me. I don't think I cold eat deer after working with them but you never know, if some one else is cooking

Venison is nice I've had roe a few times, pheasant is best when not hung for very long
