they do have a habit of 'licking' you first then......

oops sorry about the mot

i think i get what you say and it does sound perfect, they love dark places, one of mine lived under the bathroom floor for a few days once!
re the biting, there are warning signs, only as kits did mine bite, try thinking of him as a short sighted kitten.

LOL am quite happy about the MOT..It will be legal again tomorrow..

Was thinking the bottom bit I can fill full of hay nice and cosy..(of course I could run electric from Alex' shed and put a heat mat in!!!!) and put the toilet tray in the hutch bit..put half a tree in so he can climb up that and into the hutch bit..

sounds great,double lucky critter
i used to use a microwavable disc (snugglepets?) that they could snuggle up to,it lasted years.i think he could destroy a heat mat in minutes with his claws.

He is super! He is a Cinnamon ferret, not a Polecat ferret. he is tame Louise, he wouldnt be so calm around you, honest, trust me, pick him up behind his shoulders, it will be fine.

Awwww! How cute is he!

Go on, Louise, keep him! You'll learn how to look after him, you're obviously half roads there already as he looks quite at home now!

You've got dogs, cats, snakes.....what's a wee ferret?!
