I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, but that is a horrible video for lots of reasons.
The boy thinks it's funny while the dog is clearly not happy and if getting very agitated everytime he his moved. This is not an appropriate way for the child and dog to interact and is not funny or bossy.
I recommend looking at ways to train your dog to be more comfortable with being held and moved and to encourage the child to interact with the dog in different ways that won't lead to the animal having to growl, snap and what looked like he eventually bit the child.

I'm in the minority here
I don't think that the dog is agitated or worried in any way. If it were it would not run back so willingly for more.
Ok, maybe the boy could lift the dog in a better manner but I don't believe he is hurting the dog.
