I don't get it either and it's not just the hideous food (I'm sure the carton it's served in tastes better ) but the whole atmosphere

I do object to eating while surrounded by noisy, badly dressed, illiterates, all trying to be 'chav of the day' in front of their mates

I can't believe you would use the word hideous and McDonalds in the same sentance.

Sunday night is usually take away night if I'm not working the Monday, so usually once a week but sometimes I'm very naughty and have one twice a week. I just love Indian Takeaways!

gosh i have way to many takeouts

just this week i have had
indian on monday (friends birthday )
macdonalds on wednesday ( was on a course so was easy for dinner option )
and chinese on thurs just because i fancied it for my tea

my excuse although not a good one is the hours i work, if im in work at night i have a kebab shop next door, then a chinese next to it, a indian a couple of shops down and a chippy on the other side of us, then roughly 10 mins away is a macdonalds and subway, so if im working its just so easy to be lazy and get takeout

i am trying to cut down though, its just finding alternatives as i dont eat a wide variaty of foods

Apart from fish & chips every couple of weeks which admittedly are quite good here.... I don't have takeaways now.

I used to love a good well-made chicken shish or chicken doner kebab now & then. Nothing bad in that, loads of salad too.
An Indian now & again, usually on my friends birthday as a special treat as I don't eat out.
Chinese sometimes, maybe twice a year... better eating out though.
Dominos Pizza once a year depending on which friends I am with at the time - I have been addicted to their texas BBQ pizza for a long time.

Now I think about it I miss takeaways a bit.... but money's short and I don't know anyone who would share, and it's stupid money trying get one for one person.
