Thanks again.... Ailsa continues to do well. Might take her to the vets tomorrow to have the stitches removed. She is currently out in the garden on a quilt in the sunshine bless her..... where she loves to be.....when my hubby came back after 2 weeks away he was amazed that she was walking so much better than when he left her. She still drags her leg from time to time and isn't completely steady but it's to be expected, I'm not looking for immediate miracles, just slow steady progress which we seem to have.....so am breathing slightly easier now......xxx

OH what great news for us here Gill, I was wondering how she was getting on and it seems to be all good. There is no instant cure with something like this, but I bet you're glad you went ahead now, if only to see her so much better than she had been. All the best with her, it'll take a long time, but I'm sure she will be so much happier now.
