Blood Hound

I saw one today. I have never seen one in 'the fur'. He was lovely, much bigger than I would've thought.

I saw one at the vet's a few years ago - I was also surprised how big they were. I knew the had long ears and loose skin - but the one I saw looked extremely wrinkled and had runny, red eyes.

If they had a bit less loose skin they would be stunning dogs

Yeah, I agree ref the loose skin thing. I imagine there aren't that many in the country..

I always remember the first bloodhound i met, i was about 8yrs old, it was at crufts and i went to tickle his chin, only for half my arm to come out covered in slobber from his jowls!!
