Rick Stein in India

is anyone watching this new series on BBC 2 , fab cooking tips if you enjoy cooking curry and for me great to see many of the places I have worked in and visited

Hi Maureen I have recorded the programmes to watch. I make a lot of curries grinding my own spices so am very interested..

I missed it.

I really like Rick Stein though - he has a very calming effect and unlike some chefs who pull out all the stops he makes a point of showing things we can all attempt as his dishes are about quality ingredients and simple cooking.

I too like Rick Stein. He gets out and about in his series and mixes with the real population of a country. Good series.

I have watched the series now and really enjoyed it picking up lots of cooking tips on the way
