Well Lynn, if they do actually move in, I really hope they accept that things are different to city living... it's not a great idea to start off on the wrong foot, as you say...easy enough to object the second the contract is signed, as you say....it might never have happened anyway

Thanks everyone for your supportive words. I am sure he will be fine. Can't leave him in the property as the clauses say pets not to be left alone in the property.
