FOUND: white akita [East Ardsley ,Wakefield][REHOMED]

on saturday afternoon 20/08/11 i found a white japanese akita roaming lost on my street
i live in east ardsley ,wakefield
the dog is a female about 3 to 4 years old though that is a guess and could be wrong
she had no collar and isnt chipped or tattooed
she may also have recently had pups her teats were a bit promenant but seam to have gone down a bit although iam no expert
her front paws were sore so maybe shes been walking a while
i am searching for the correct owner and wont give her up to just anyone

Well done for looking after the dog

I presume she is not wearing a collar with ID tags on. Might be worth keeping an eye out for any 'missing' posters that appear in your area; most owners who lose their dogs do try putting out posters.

shes been put on doglost and i think one other site
rspca, police etc have all been informed no tags or id on her at all
