Have been using it today, I can cut the small matts with scissors but he has some really large ones too. The Cowboy Magic seems to soften the hairs and I was able to use the comb to partly untangle them. It will require another session tomorrow. Slight problem is that Bruno doesn't like being groomed, it's quite funny because he begins with just opening his mouth and turning to your arm, that's his 'warning' sign
I carry on for a bit but I never go too far, I'm a great believer in 'reading' what a dog is trying to say to you. He doesn't speakk English but he (and all dogs) can communicate, you just need to 'read' the signs
