Help me identify this ?

I have recently noticed this plant / weed growing outside my house, in the crack between the wall & the path. The pictures aren't great but any help to identify it would be great. It's not in my wildflower book.

Is it a spreading plant, looks like a lobelia flower it may have self seeded from someone elses garden.

It's a similar shape but I'm pretty sure it isn't lobelia. Our whole town seems swathed in it, always in tiny cracks.

I'm very sure it is lobelia. I was pressing some flowers to make cards last year and I got to know this flower very well.

I stand corrected ! Is it usual for it to be growing everywhere ? I mean not in gardens but in the cracks in front of buildings ? It looks fantastic, I can't remember ever seeing it all over like this before.

It looks and sounds like Lobelia. It has self seeded everywhere in my garden.
This would also explain why it is not in your wild flower book
