If you don't get the KC reg papers then Trading Standards will help you. What did the advert say exactly

First of all get onto Pets4Homes and tell them the puppy wasn't chipped and there were no papers for her, although do tell them they have said they will send them. Also tell them about the state of her, unwormed, under nourished, and the general conditions they were kept in. Pets4Homes are pretty hot on this I can tell you, and will be onto it. At 10 weeks the papers should have been there, so I am thinking there are none. If you buy a KC Reg puppy at 8 weeks, then the papers are ready, there is no big deal about it, if parents are registered then it is very quick to get puppy reg through. I have friends who breed KC recognised dogs and they all have their papers through well before the pups are 8 weeks never mind 10 weeks.

Pets4Homes ask you to fill in that check list, whether it is advertising a stud dog or puppies, that list has to be filled in by the seller. So they have ticked those boxes, but have lied really (only way to say it) puppy not chipped, not vax and looking like no KC Reg, and thats for starters. Pets4Homes need to know, they take it all a lot more seriously since they got their name in lights in regard to sick puppies being imported from Eastern Europe and being advertised on their site.

Steam some white fish and try her with that, its not as bulky as chicken and easily digestible. Hoping she is OK long term, poor little thing
