Kazz, I got some spray waterproof stuff for bitumen, was a lot easier than painting or tillering the sealant on. It's nice to have nice neighbours, I got a phone call half way through my dinner, nice neighbours....did I have any ketchup they could borrow, they had fish and chips and her daughter wanted some ketchup but they were out, I nipped round the back straight away and gave her a new bottle...got a thanks message off her daughter a little while later. That's exactly how it should be helping each other out.
They are now also flooding my back garden...I thought my garden has been very damp and sodden after rain.. it's not been like that in all the years I have been here, they turned on a sprinkler today and lo and behold my garden is flooded!! The list is growing, I honestly don't think there's a Braincell between them lol
