Snorri, it looks so serene out there! Very nice indeed!

It would be nice to own and fly my own helicopter (one of those scary-looking Russian ones - the Mi24 Hind) with plenty of carrying capacity - plus enough cash to support Mrs S' retail therapy

Also, I'd like to be as fit and healthy as I was when I came here in 1993!

And so it is, most of the time - serenity failure occurs only when we get an extremely low-level visit from the RAF; worse on the dogs than any thunder, not too good on me, either

As to Lottery wins, well, always nice in theory, but I'm not sure what I'd do with "Loadsamoney", other than build a block of comfy, heated kennels and start a retirement home for farm Border Collies who have become too old to work. Rather than the shotgun cartridge which is their usual reward for a lifetime's devoted hard work, I'd like to make their remaining days as comfortable as possible - good food, proper vet care, soft beds and an easy "out" when their time runs out. These dogs work their butts off all their lives, in vile weather - they've earned a bit of comfort and ease. So, Santa, if you're listening, you know what to do!

If I was to ask for one thing, it would be my whole family together for Christmas, including my late Dad and Nan. The nearest I'm going to get is when I go to Texas. My Mum, both sisters and husbands, my brother and my kids (apart form my eldest daughter) are all gonna be together. We're going to have a 'mini Christmas' over there in November.

Beautiful place Snorri.
Great no neighbour.
One thing I would wish for is our dogs lived as long as we did.
