If you think selling a house is hard try selling a commercial business and domestic property on the same site! Normal estate agents don't handle both so one has to sell through a specialist agent, and there are not that many about. That is what we had to contend with at our kennels

Photo of our cattery that we owned

Note pens all booked or occupied

one of two main kennel blocks

let alone overflow - isolation- grooming and short time visit holding kennel

yes i built the dividing walls and replace the fronts which used to be rotten iron bars all rusted up, let alone the floor (professioally done)and lighting and power (again my work) and alarmed

Lynn, I think it is lovely that you have given a family the opportunity to completely change their lives...and also they sound like they will be good neighbours to your neighbors
Chris, it's mixed veg, veg and rice too isn't it...I despise sweet corn so hopefully I will survive
Barry, those kennels look awesome...mine have never been to kennels or a cattery but that would have been the sort of place I looked at
Hahaha Harvey...I suspect you are right, I never look for trouble...it just kind of used to happen! Bless Casey, always makes me wonder what they dream about.

That's what all the paperwork signing was about today making sure finance and deposit in place which is all is.
Harvey we do get the jets coming over but not to regularly and yes they are noisy. How are things ?
The kennels and cattery look awesome Barry.

Thank you I am glad what I was saying doesn't sound conceited. We are actually quite excited for them.

Well those two properties are no so won't be booking a viewing.
One was ok but looked like the paddock behind might be a potential building sight so apart from not enough parking that has put us off.
Second one back in the same area as the bungalow we looked last week very hemmed in by other houses and very overlooked also it seemed like it could be a potential trouble hotspot didn't feel comfortable. I think we would soon feel claustrophobic there.

We will do a drive over to look from the outside at a bungalow in Guyhirn tomorrow and if it has potential book a viewing on that one.

Once you cross the border into Lincolnshire you do griff parts of Norfolk here for example and Cambridgeshire are becoming very expensive now.

I looked at property before in Lincolnshire, to be honest..I showed my mum some of the properties and she is amazed at what you can get, flats in the road I live on go for £100k. I have been looking at rental prices up north and for what you pay for a flat here you can have a 2bed house....not that I would be able to eat lol
